Use the Parrot Blue 3/4" X 2 yard Fold Over Elastic with other Parrot Blue products from By Annie or as a bright coordinating or contrasting color.  The fold over elastic is great for finishing the edges on mesh pockets.  It also works well on necklines and wristbands, use your choice of a shiny or matte finish by simply turning the elastic over.
